Diana de Piñeres-Schooley

I am an Ayurvedic practitioner & Yogini. Over the past 15 years, I have explored many traditions and have been teaching for 12 years. I am a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Certified Instructor. I have been most influenced by Sri Louise, Mysore yoga, Iyengar yoga, the Feldenkrais Method. My yoga classes celebrate our life on Earth through movement, stillness, breath & chanting . I have a passion for anatomy and physiology, and I explore the language and discoveries around key modes of alignment.

My Victory Vinyasa classes, Fridays at 10:30 am, explore and play with mini-vinyasas as well as extended vinyasas from gentle to vigorous. They explore the embodiment of the panchamahabhutas, or 5 elements, those being Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. They honor the Mama Earth, Gaia. It is a Soul's Victory to be here living on this Planet in this human form at this moment in time Infinity. Jai means Victory. My classes include kirtan and Vedic chanting. Jai!

My Gentle Hatha Classes, Thursdays at 9am, also play with mini vinyasas in a gentle and nourishing way; they mix longer holds in postures, often using prop support, with exploring breath, alignment, and stillness. These classes are an opportunity to embrace the Earth, and to practice presence, allowance, compassion and magnificent embodiment. My classes include kirtan and Vedic chanting.

Diana is teaching the following classes:
