Power Yoga
A dynamic system of practicing asana, linking breath to movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations. Suitable for intermediate and advance students. Please have a solid foundation of sun salutations. Great class for those who have had a least 30 Yoga classes with knowledge on how to modify poses.
Power Yoga & Toning
This class consists of a high intensity, low impact mix of moves that will target every aspect of your body. Balance, core strength, and coordination will be obtained through the integrity of yoga poses and controlled movement. The class is focused on all levels with modifications offered to prevent injury.
Power Pilates
A NON-heated version of Inferno Hot Pilates. A class for everyone to enjoy. Prepare to be inspired, to work hard, sweat — and of course, to feel great.
Using Pilates principles, Power Pilates is a challenging, full-body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room. Power Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga: A series of postures, or asanas, integrated with breath work which rejuvenate the entire body, enhance cardiovascular fitness, and quiet the mind. This creates optimal health, promoting strength and deep relaxation.
Yoga Basics: Recommended for students new to yoga or those who desire a gentle class. This class will focus on the fundamentals of breathing and yoga postures, called asanas. You will gain a solid foundation of alignment in order to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. This class will provide an easy way to maintain overall well-being, and release tension and stress.
Restorative Movement
Weaving gentle asana, fluid somatic movement, and restorative yoga, this class will help you unwind, touch in through breath and movement finding balance at the days end. We will explore stretching from a fluid body perspective hydrating our fascia and tissues creating flexibility and elasticity. Slow fluid somatically aware movement enhances our body’s intrinsic strength, dexterity, recovery time, calms, and tones our nervous systems.
As we move through our asana practice we will settle into restorative poses allowing us to unwind, relax, and gently unfold.

Restorative Yoga
This practice utilizes yoga props, pranayama, nada yoga ( sacred sound ), and essential oils that are restorative, relaxing, and meditative.
Slowing downshifts our perception from external to internal creating silence, depth, and presence whether we are moving or lying still.
Centering in our awareness we regain trust in ourselves, repressed energy can be freed up and we are able to shift to a higher frequency.
Being unhurried to experience the present is how we bring consciousness to reside within the body.
